There is nowhere to hide in a bathroom. Every tile line, every transition and every joint is within arm's reach. That is exactly why they are worth building properly.
Waterproofing you will never see
The part of a bathroom that determines whether it lasts twenty years is the part covered by tile. Substrate, membrane, slope and drain get done correctly before anything decorative goes near the room.
Tile set to a plan
Layout is drawn before the first sheet is cut, so the cuts land where they should and the lines carry through from floor to wall to niche.
Primary baths and powder rooms
A guest bath and a primary suite are different projects with different budgets. We scope them differently rather than pushing the same package at both.
